I purchased 10 pairs of these speakers. They installed VERY easy. The sleek, trim, flush design is very attractive. The sound is very balanced and clear. I recommend these to anyone who is wanting quality speakers in their house.

After searching for several days I came accross this product. Fit our needs to a "T". I contacted the company directly to order and spoke with very knowledgable sales person. I was shocked the product arrive at my door within 6 days of ordering. The product is very high end and obviously excellent quality. Can't wait to have them installed - Reno in progress!

I have a speaker in the box 5.1 surround sound system in my bedroom and I was tired of looking at the speakers on their stands and them getting in the way. I wanted good sound with a clean look so I ordered a pair of these for the rear surrounds. I figured if they sounded good I would then purchase the fronts and a center channel. They sound so much better than the satellites I had and they sound better than I expected them to sound. Installation was very easy. I will be ordering more in wall speakers to complete the set.

I was limited to these for the rear speakers in my setup due to their mounting depth, since my walls are 2x3, not standard 2x4 framing. I didn't really expect much out of a 5 1/4 inch speaker, and they produce the sound fine for the rear. I personally wouldn't use these for the front, but that's my taste. The sound isn't as crystal as the HD series, but like I said, I was pretty limited in my selection.
On another note, the installation was easy, however the screws that hold the dogears broke for me. 4 of them on one speaker and 2 on the other. Not sure how to handle that...

You will need a sub woofer but these are great speakers for the price. Comparable to Polk Speakers of same size for 1/3 the price.
